Requesting an appointment You can request a routine appointment by completing an online form (eConsult)
Home visits
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit.
Fit note (sick note)
If you’ve been off sick for more than 7 days
Test results
When you have a test of any kind you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
To cancel your appointment:

Interpreters
You can ask for an interpreter to attend your appointment with you.
